Accounting Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the finance function at our manufacturing facility in Toumodi. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with local accounting standards, and providing insights that support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in line with the revised SYSCOHADA standards.
• Manage asset records, including inventory verification.
• Oversee accounting entries within the ERP system.
• Lead monthly reporting cycles and coordinate both internal and external audits.
• Analyze financial data and deliver actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and established financial procedures.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, with proven expertise in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of the revised SYSCOHADA accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical abilities and a solid grasp of financial management principles.
• Highly organized, autonomous, and detail‑oriented.
• Fluent in both English and French for reporting purposes.
