Advisor, Right‑Fit Evidence Unit

About the role

The Advisor will support partners across development and humanitarian sectors by providing evidence‑ and data‑driven Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) advisory services. Reporting to the RFE Manager, the role involves technical guidance, stakeholder engagement, and contribution to business development.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to develop and refine Theories of Change and MEL frameworks, offering hands‑on technical guidance on design, data collection, survey development, data management and analysis.
• Prepare high‑quality advisory deliverables, conduct quality checks, and present findings and recommendations clearly.
• Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions and learning events, managing logistics and documentation.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with external stakeholders, serving as a strategic thought partner for foundations, NGOs and governments.
• Contribute to new RFE engagements through scoping meetings, methodology design and proposal drafting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, public policy, international development, social science or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in MEL, data analysis, consulting, project management or research.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking skills; entrepreneurial mindset; passion for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) and willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
