About the role
The company is launching a new line of scents and perfumes and is looking for dynamic sales agents to promote the products across various municipalities in Abidjan. The role involves direct field work, engaging with retailers and customers to drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s fragrance products in assigned territories.
- Identify and approach potential retail partners and end‑customers.
- Achieve sales targets and report performance regularly.
- Collect market feedback and relay it to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, and payments.
Required profile
- Previous experience in field sales or a strong passion for working on the ground.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a personal sales territory.
- Basic literacy in French (the working language).
