About the role
The company is launching a large recruitment drive for 400 field sales agents in Côte d'Ivoire. As a prospecting agent you will work in the Adzopé area, identifying new customers, convincing them of the value proposition and expanding the client portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads within the assigned territory.
- Present products or services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
- Develop and maintain a growing portfolio of customers.
- Achieve defined sales targets and report progress regularly.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Baccalaureate (or equivalent).
- Commercial experience is a plus.
- Excellent presentation, clear speech and strong communication skills.
- Negotiation ability, dynamism and motivation for field work.
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and goal‑oriented mindset.
