About the role
The Order Management Agent will join SOLIBRA’s operations in Abidjan, supporting the processing of customer orders for the company’s beverage and brewing products. The role focuses on accurate data entry, order tracking, and ensuring invoices are correctly generated. The agent will collaborate closely with sales and logistics teams to guarantee timely fulfillment and maintain high data quality.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and validate customer orders in the system.
- Monitor the progress of each order from receipt to delivery.
- Verify and control sales invoicing to ensure accuracy.
- Handle related documentation, including client invoices and shipping paperwork.
- Assist with billing queries and maintain orderly records of all transactions.
Required profile
- Educational level: Bac+2 (or equivalent two‑year post‑secondary degree).
- 1–2 years of experience in order entry, sales administration, or logistics support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with repetitive data.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
