Agrochemical Sales Manager – Côte d'Ivoire

About the role

EASTCHEM, a leading Chinese agrochemical exporter, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive the promotion and sales of its crop protection products in Côte d'Ivoire. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and local customers, ensuring product registration, delivery, and market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consultative selling activities, including local registration, sample delivery, product introductions, and pricing negotiations.
• Analyse client business challenges, conduct workshops, and deliver presentations to showcase EASTCHEM solutions.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close sales proposals.
• Provide weekly updates to management on new activities, urgent issues, and market developments in Côte d'Ivoire.
• Represent EASTCHEM at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings to promote the product portfolio.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Familiarity with agrochemical commercial activities in Côte d'Ivoire.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in multinational companies is preferred.
