Analyste Financier Junior Bilingue

About the role

Reporting to the Financial Manager, the Junior Bilingual Financial Analyst will assist in drafting business plans, researching and submitting grant proposals for clients, and supporting the coordination of financial training programmes targeting English‑speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and write business plans for client projects.
• Conduct research and compile grant applications.
• Coordinate and deliver financial training sessions for anglophone audiences.
• Analyse financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash‑flow).
• Manipulate, validate and interpret quantitative data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (BAC+3 to BAC+5) in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, Economics, Management or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience or a significant internship in finance, audit, management control or financial analysis.
• Fluent French and professional English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data lookup, analysis).
• Financial statement analysis.
• Business plan drafting.
• Knowledge of Power BI, ERP or other reporting tools (advantage).

• Net salary of 150,000 XOF per month.
• Commission of 10 % on processed and validated dossiers.
