About the role
We are looking for a motivated female intern to support our executive team in daily administrative tasks. This position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving telecommunications environment based in Cocody, Abidjan.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and organize travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Prepare, edit and distribute internal and external correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems, both paper and electronic, ensuring documents are up‑to‑date.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate office logistics, including supplies and equipment.
Required profile
- Female candidate.
- Holder of a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur (BTS) or equivalent.
- Resident of the Cocody (2 Plateaux) or Adjamé area.
- Available, rigorous, organized and polite.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
