Auditeur comptable (H/F) – Comptabilité & Audit

About the role

The firm is expanding its team in Abidjan and seeks a qualified Accounting Auditor to manage and supervise client accounting, perform audits, and provide financial advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise general and analytical accounting for client companies.
• Enter, control, and review accounting entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and inventory work.
• Prepare tax and social security declarations.
• Produce balances, ledgers, journals, and reconciliation statements.
• Generate financial statements in accordance with the revised SYSCOHADA framework.
• Analyze and interpret financial statements, calculate key ratios and performance indicators.
• Conduct accounting, tax, and organizational audit missions.
• Identify accounting and tax risks, propose recommendations, and draft audit and diagnostic reports.
• Advise clients on accounting, financial, and tax management.

Required profile

• Holder of a BAC+4 or BAC+5 degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Management Control or equivalent.
• Relevant professional experience in an accounting or audit firm or in‑house finance department.
• Strong knowledge of the revised SYSCOHADA accounting standards.
• Ability to analyze balance sheets, income statements, cash‑flow statements and accompanying notes.
• Good understanding of Ivorian tax and social legislation.
• High level of rigor, integrity, confidentiality and autonomy.
