About the role
Property Kro CI (PKRO) is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Ivorian real estate market. Based in Abidjan, you will lead the identification of new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and shape strategic plans that align with the company’s objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business prospects in the real estate sector.
- Manage existing client accounts, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for potential partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including advisory, valuation, and transaction units—to deliver integrated solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and deal negotiation.
- Strong background in market research and analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans toward organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in French and English is preferred.
