Channel Supply Manager

About the role

The Channel Supply Manager will lead the end‑to‑end supply implementation for projects, ensuring that all materials and services are delivered on time, at the right cost and quality. This role acts as the owner of project supply, coordinating with customers, internal teams and external partners to guarantee compliance and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project supply implementation, monitor purchase orders and project fulfillment, and act as the supply owner.
• Align supply strategies with customer planning, configuration and B2B requirements to optimise cycle time, efficiency and cost.
• Identify and mitigate supply‑and‑demand risks, design simple supply solutions and ensure contract availability.
• Develop and execute sub‑plans covering shipment, customs clearance, delivery and resource preparation, adjusting plans as needed.
• Oversee Huawei customs clearance, support customers in customs and transportation execution, manage logistics costs, risks and compliance, and maintain relationships with customs authorities and logistics service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BAC+3 or BAC+4) in logistics, supply chain, engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project supply management, customs clearance and logistics coordination.
• Strong analytical abilities to monitor performance metrics and adjust supply plans.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with customers, internal departments and external partners.
