Chef de Service Réglementation et Conformité (H/F)

About the role

The State-owned organization is strengthening its Regulation and Compliance Department and seeks a senior professional to lead the service. Reporting to the Head of the Department, you will ensure that the company adheres to all legal and regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate legal watch activities and keep regulatory requirement matrices up to date.
• Ensure strict compliance with procedures required by technical, institutional, and financial supervisory bodies.
• Oversee implementation of personal data protection requirements.
• Handle matters related to land occupation and compensation.
• Supervise and guide the team assigned to the service.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Business Law, Audit, Finance or a related field; a compliance certification is a plus.
• At least five years of proven experience in a similar role within a bank, law firm, public or private organization.
