About the role

The Head of Cyber Remediation and Compliance is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the bank's information security policies, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and industry regulations. The role supports the Group Banking Pole of NSIA Bank by reducing cyber exposure and maintaining a secure information environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce the information security policy, including risk management, security measures, disaster recovery, vulnerability and incident management.
• Monitor emerging threats, maintain threat‑intelligence feeds and keep the organization informed of new vulnerabilities.
• Lead incident analysis, collect technical data, identify attacker tactics, and produce investigation reports.
• Oversee technical compliance with standards such as PCI‑DSS, SWIFT CSP and ARTCI, ensuring the information system meets internal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide remediation recommendations, improve forensic capabilities and prepare detailed remediation reports.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (BAC+4/BAC+5) with professional training in cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of information system architecture, urbanisation and security frameworks.
• Experience in post‑mortem forensic analysis and familiarity with legal procedures related to data protection.
