About the role

LES CERBERES ABIDJANAIS is seeking qualified personnel for three security‑related positions in Abidjan (Cocody): a Security Team Leader, a Remote Surveillance & Fire‑Monitoring Operator, and a Security Guard. All roles require physical fitness, a minimum height of 1.75 m and a commitment to maintaining safety in public venues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of security guards, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and client requirements.
• Monitor CCTV and fire‑detection systems from a central control room, responding promptly to alarms and incidents.
• Perform routine patrols, access control, and incident reporting at assigned sites.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports and hand‑over documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, emergency services and internal management to resolve security issues.

Required profile

• Minimum education: BAC for team leader, BEPC for operator, 5th grade for guard.
• At least 2 years of experience in security, guard supervision or remote surveillance.
• Physical fitness and height of 1.75 m or more.
• Ability to read and write French fluently; English is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in occupational health‑safety, fire safety or first‑aid are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with télésurveillance (remote surveillance) tools and CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of fire‑safety monitoring equipment.
• Understanding of public‑venue health and safety regulations.
