About the role

The Centre for the Promotion of Human Rights and Development in Africa seeks a senior professional to lead strategic and institutional evaluations for development finance and regional institutions. This position will guide the full evaluation lifecycle, from design to final reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of overall evaluation methodology and framework.
• Manage high‑level client relationships and conduct senior‑level interviews.
• Oversee data synthesis, coordinate validation processes, and ensure methodological rigor.
• Draft, finalize, and deliver comprehensive final evaluation reports.

Required profile

• Master’s (Bac+5) or Doctorate (Bac+8) in Economics, Project Management, Social Sciences, International Relations or a related field.
• 10–15 years of professional experience as a senior evaluator.
• Proven expertise in strategic and institutional evaluation, preferably with development finance or regional institutions.
