Commercial / Conseiller Client

About the role

Light Services in Côte d'Ivoire is looking for a motivated Commercial / Customer Advisor who is result‑driven and committed to delivering excellent client service. The position blends two days of on‑site prospecting with office‑based activities such as calling prospects and welcoming clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field prospecting for two days each week to generate new business leads.
• Make outbound calls from the office to follow up on leads and schedule appointments.
• Receive and assist clients who visit the office, presenting Light Services’ offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve sales targets through a combination of prospecting and client relationship management.

Required profile

• Serious and engaged attitude with a strong focus on results.
• Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Willingness to work both in the field and in an office environment.
