About the role
Africa Digital Connect, a partner of Orange Business and Broadband, is looking for 15 door‑to‑door sales agents in Abidjan to promote Orange’s FTTH (Fiber Optic) and 4G solutions. The role focuses on acquiring new customers and building lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell Orange’s FTTH and 4G products to residential and business customers.
- Identify, acquire, and retain new clients within the assigned zone.
- Provide first‑level customer service and support.
- Report sales activities and results to sales supervisors.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Good command of basic computer tools.
- Own a smartphone for field work.
- Organised, responsible, goal‑oriented and adaptable.
- Confident, reactive, dynamic and pragmatic.
Required skills
What we offer
- Fixed salary of 200,000 XOF plus commissions based on monthly targets.
- Opportunity to grow within a fast‑expanding telecom sales team.
