About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Sales professional to join our client’s team in Abidjan. The role focuses on driving insurance business, building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell insurance products to existing and prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and partners.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the insurance market and brokerage services.
- Achieve sales objectives and contribute to business growth.
Required profile
- Degree in Insurance, Commerce, Management or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably in brokerage.
- Solid knowledge of the insurance environment.
- Strong commercial and negotiation abilities.
- Dynamic, autonomous and results‑oriented.
