About the role
The company is launching a large recruitment drive for 400 field sales agents in Côte d'Ivoire. This position is based in the Yopougon district of Abidjan and focuses on prospecting, convincing and expanding the client portfolio within the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers in the Yopougon area.
- Present and promote the company's educational services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Report daily activities and sales results to the regional manager.
Required profile
- Minimum Baccalaureate (high school diploma).
- Previous experience in sales is appreciated.
- Excellent presentation and clear speech.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Dynamic, motivated and comfortable with field work.
- Team spirit and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to meet commercial objectives.
