About the role
The company is looking for a field sales representative to prospect, convince and grow the client portfolio in the Adzopé region of Côte d'Ivoire. This position is based in Guiglo and involves direct interaction with customers on the ground.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Present the company’s offerings, negotiate terms and close sales.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress regularly.
- Collaborate with the team to share market insights and improve sales strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum educational level: Baccalaureate (high school diploma).
- Previous experience in commercial or sales activities is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation, clear articulation and strong communication skills.
- Negotiation ability, high motivation and a passion for field work.
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and ability to meet commercial objectives.
