About the role
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our large recruitment campaign of 400 sales agents across Côte d'Ivoire. You will be based in Adzopé and will focus on building and expanding our client base in the surrounding area.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect new customers within the Adzopé territory.
- Convince prospects to adopt our services and grow the existing client portfolio.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress to management.
Required profile
- Minimum Baccalaureate (high school) education.
- Previous commercial or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent presentation skills and clear articulation.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- High energy, motivation, and a passion for field work.
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
- Proven capacity to meet sales objectives.
