About the role
The company is hiring field sales agents to prospect, convince and grow a client portfolio in the southern districts of Abidjan, including Treichville. This is a full‑time, on‑the‑ground position focused on generating new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in Marcory, Koumassi, Treichville and Port‑Bouët.
- Present the company’s educational services and negotiate contracts.
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio to achieve sales targets.
- Report daily activities and results to the regional sales manager.
- Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and improve overall performance.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Baccalaureate.
- Previous experience in sales is appreciated.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation abilities.
- High motivation, dynamism and a strong work‑ethic for field activities.
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and ability to meet commercial objectives.
