About the role
This position is based in Abidjan and focuses on commercial and e‑commerce activities. The successful candidate will develop and maintain a client portfolio while promoting the company’s products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and retain a portfolio of customers.
- Identify and prospect potential clients.
- Promote the company’s service and product offerings.
- Detect growth opportunities and propose sales strategies.
- Provide commercial follow‑up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare pro‑forma invoices.
- Design and implement actions to boost sales.
Required profile
- BAC+2 or BT in commercial management, e‑commerce, sales or negotiation.
- Knowledge of prospecting methods and sales techniques.
- Strong negotiation sense and autonomy.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Clear communication, teamwork and creativity.
