About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to join Periscope Finances SARL in Abidjan. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you will help expand our client portfolio, promote our financial services, and ensure customer loyalty in line with our commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients (SMEs, associations, professionals) through phone and field outreach.
• Schedule qualified appointments, conduct discovery meetings, and present Periscope’s service offerings.
• Analyse client needs, draft tailored commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms with the Commercial Manager, and follow up on quotes, reminders, and signatures.
• Maintain close relationships with existing clients, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, handle first‑level complaints, and monitor satisfaction.
• Update commercial tracking tools (CRM, dashboards), report weekly to the Commercial Manager, contribute to sales meetings, and participate in networking events and trade shows.

Required profile

• BAC+2 or BAC+3 education.
• Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive attitude, and result‑oriented mindset.
• Good oral and written French communication, professional presentation.
• Ability to work autonomously, organise priorities, and collaborate within a team.
• Residence in Angré or surrounding areas is an advantage.

Required skills

• Sales and negotiation techniques.
• Understanding of complex financial service offers (accounting, audit, consulting).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems and commercial dashboards.
