About the role

Air Côte d'Ivoire is launching a national competition to select candidates for a 21‑month training program that prepares participants to become certified aircraft mechanics. The program combines theoretical instruction in Côte d'Ivoire with practical training in Ethiopia, after which successful trainees will join the airline’s maintenance team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform aircraft maintenance and repairs following strict quality and safety standards.
• Apply documented procedures and technical manuals to ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians in a high‑technology environment.

Required profile

• Ivorian nationality.
• Maximum age of 25 years as of 31 December 2026.
• Holder of a Baccalauréat C/D/E/F1/F2/F3 with at least three to four years of scientific higher education (ongoing or completed).
• Enrolled in at least the first year of an engineering cycle after completing technological preparatory classes.
• Good physical and mental health, able to handle stress and long study periods.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of general mechanics.
• Fundamentals of electricity, hydraulics and thermodynamics.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for all test phases.
