About the role

KASSA GOLD SA is seeking six experienced senior excavator operators to join its mining operations in Côte d'Ivoire. The role involves operating heavy excavators on active mine sites, ensuring efficient material handling and adherence to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maneuver excavators for digging, loading, and earthmoving tasks.
• Perform excavation, loading, and terracing activities in line with mining plans.
• Maintain equipment in good working order and report any issues promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines on site.

Required profile

• Minimum five (5) years of experience as an excavator operator in a mining environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of mining excavation processes.
• Ability to work reliably in a demanding, outdoor mining setting.
• High level of vigilance, rigor, and respect for safety instructions.
