About the role
We are looking for a Customer Relations Intern to support our sales team in Abidjan. The intern will primarily make outbound calls to existing customers and prospects, promoting our products and services while gaining hands‑on experience in commercial communication. This role offers a practical introduction to sales techniques, customer handling and the dynamics of a fast‑growing market.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls to clients and prospects to present and sell company offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, conversations, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing sales materials and follow‑up emails.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily call and conversion targets.
Required profile
- Strong interest in sales and customer service.
- Minimum educational level: BAC+2 in Commercial Management or a related field.
- Good communication and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet targets.
