About the role

The Management Controller will support the General Management in steering the company's financial performance. This role involves designing forecasting tools, managing the budgeting process, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop activity planning tools and forecasting models.
• Perform analysis and produce regular management reports.
• Design, implement, and monitor the annual budgeting process.
• Supervise and control month‑end and year‑end accounting closures.
• Identify and drive initiatives to improve overall company performance.
• Execute specific missions assigned by the General Management.

Required profile

• Strong mastery of accounting and financial techniques.
• Proficiency with information systems, including spreadsheets, databases, and ERP (PGI) solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of multidimensional and descriptive data analysis, statistics, and economic accounting analysis.
• Solid experience in budget management.
• Good understanding of corporate culture, business functions, values, and terminology.
