About the role

The Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for designing and executing strategies to mobilize financial resources that support SOS Villages d'Enfants' programs and projects in Côte d'Ivoire. This role works closely with senior management to achieve annual fundraising targets.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the development and implementation of the organization’s fundraising strategy.
• Identify new funding opportunities and prospect potential donors.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional and private donors.
• Design and launch fundraising campaigns.
• Write funding proposals and partnership dossiers.
• Monitor donor commitments and ensure follow‑up.
• Prepare regular fundraising reports.
• Contribute to achieving annual resource mobilization goals.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or National Director within the scope of the role.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BAC+3/4) in Marketing, Communication, Management, International Relations, Development or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in communication, fundraising, partnership development or commercial development.
• Strong knowledge of the NGO sector and resource mobilization.
