Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Support Representative to join our growing global support team in Bouaké, Côte d'Ivoire. You will be the front‑line voice for our fintech platform, helping users navigate mobile money and banking services while delivering an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and assess customer needs.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust through open, interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, complete information using appropriate tools and methods.
• Handle complaints, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain records of interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Follow established communication procedures and guidelines.
• Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or client service.
• Minimum 2 years of higher education.
• Fluency in French; Mooré or Bambara is a plus.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours.
• Strong phone handling, active listening, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer‑orientation best practices.
