Data, Economic & Impact Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role focuses on data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment and results reporting to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the EU in the space sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support data analysis for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme.
• Conduct economic analysis and impact assessments.
• Monitor programme indicators and compile performance dashboards.
• Synthesize evidence for policy dialogue and knowledge exchange.
• Prepare results reporting and documentation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for indicator tracking.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure data quality.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum 3 years) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in data/economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• At least 1 year experience supporting MEL, evaluation or impact assessment, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to compile dashboards or performance reports.
