About the role

The Technical Director will lead the technical side of civil engineering and public works projects for EBURKA Conseils in Abidjan. Reporting to senior management, the role combines project oversight, team leadership, budget control and client relationship management to ensure successful delivery of high‑quality infrastructure works.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the technical execution of all construction and public works projects.
• Manage and develop the technical team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Control project budgets, monitor costs and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Identify and pursue commercial opportunities related to technical services.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Civil Engineering, Public Works or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in the construction sector, including 5 years in a technical leadership position.
• Strong communication abilities and proven leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on schedule.
