About the role

The organization is preparing to open a new preschool and seeks a dedicated Director‑Animatrice to lead the school. This senior position oversees daily operations, curriculum delivery, and staff management to ensure high‑quality early childhood education.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all administrative and educational activities of the kindergarten.
• Develop and implement age‑appropriate curricula in line with educational standards.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate teaching and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with families and the local community.

Required profile

• Minimum BEPC or BAC level (or equivalent qualification).
• Degree in early childhood education, educational sciences or related field is an asset.
• Experience managing a preschool or similar institution is preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• High sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
