Field Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a Field Auditor to oversee our premium agency network across Côte d'Ivoire. You will travel to agencies, perform cash audits, and help mitigate operational risks while supporting our mission to make Africa cashless.

Key responsibilities

• Visit designated premium agencies regularly and conduct cash audits.
• Execute all controls outlined in the control plan and report any shortcomings.
• Update security and operational risk maps with information on threats and vulnerabilities.
• Train cashiers on procedures and raise fraud awareness among agency staff.
• Investigate operational incidents and conduct end‑of‑year cash inventories.
• Participate in risk analyses for new agency constructions and specific projects.
• Ensure agency staff comply with the code of conduct and management instructions.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and good command of English.
• At least 2 years of university‑level education in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Work authorization for Côte d'Ivoire.
