Field Auditor

About the role

Wave is building a cashless Africa and needs a Field Auditor to ensure the integrity of its premium agency network. You will travel across Côte d'Ivoire, performing cash audits, risk assessments, and training staff to safeguard operations.

Key responsibilities

• Visit designated premium agencies regularly and conduct cash audits.
• Execute all controls from the control plan and report any shortcomings.
• Update security and operational risk maps with identified threats.
• Train cashiers and agency staff on audit procedures and fraud awareness.
• Investigate operational incidents and conduct end‑of‑year cash inventories.
• Participate in risk analyses for new agency constructions and specific projects.
• Ensure agency staff comply with the code of conduct and management instructions.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and good command of English.
• At least 2 years of university‑level education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in auditing, cash handling, or risk assessment.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the country.
