Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will report to the Sales Manager and play a key part in expanding KATSU SAS's commercial footprint across Abidjan and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and delivering KATSU's service offerings directly in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new business opportunities through fieldwork, cold outreach, and networking events.
• Build and maintain a structured portfolio of active and prospective clients, ensuring regular follow‑up.
• Conduct client meetings and tailored presentations to showcase KATSU's services.
• Lead contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals in line with company pricing and strategy.
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments, providing insights to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline status, and sales outcomes using internal tools.
• Collaborate with consulting and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development, preferably in consulting or services.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license for field mobility.
