Finance Manager – Manufacturing Sector

About the role

Premier Foods SARL, the joint‑venture of Parle in Ivory Coast, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial excellence for a leading biscuit and confectionery brand. You will be the primary custodian of the company’s books, ensuring integrity, compliance, and strategic financial leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end accounting, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, and audit functions.
• Ensure compliance with OHADA regulations and French Accounting Standards.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures, including statutory statements and tax declarations.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, cash‑flow management, and working‑capital optimisation.
• Strengthen financial controls, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of the complete accounting cycle and financial reporting.
• Experience in manufacturing finance is preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP, OHADA, French Accounting Standards, and statutory reporting.
• French language proficiency is an added advantage.
