About the role
Reporting to the Flavours Activity Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a client portfolio across Northwest Africa. The position involves developing the company’s presence in the strategic region while coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the client portfolio in Northwest Africa.
- Drive sales growth and profitability for the assigned area.
- Define and implement a commercial strategic roadmap per country, aligned with company guidelines.
- Monitor competitors and analyse market needs for food flavorings.
- Coordinate internally with Customer Service, Operations, R&D, Regulatory, Logistics, and Marketing teams.
Required profile
- Diploma in Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the flavours industry within Northwest Africa.
- Proven experience managing and leading a sales team.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of the natural ingredients and flavours market.
- Rigorous, responsible and autonomous.
