Formateur/Expert en Direction Financière (Interim)

About the role

Trust Africa seeks a seasoned trainer and financial expert to deliver a targeted capacity‑building programme for Ivorian finance executives. The mission focuses on strategic financial management, regulatory compliance, and access to financing within the Côte d'Ivoire context.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training on the revised SYSCOHADA accounting standards and their practical application.
• Teach cash‑management techniques and working‑capital optimisation.
• Guide participants in preparing bank financing dossiers and introduce the BRVM market.
• Present the Ivorian corporate tax framework, including corporate income tax, VAT and other levies.
• Train on management‑control tools, financial reporting and the construction of financial dashboards.
• Support participants in designing and using financial performance indicators.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in finance, accounting or management; a chartered accountant qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of the UEMOA economic and banking environment.
• Proficiency with the revised SYSCOHADA accounting framework.
• Familiarity with Ivorian tax law (General Tax Code) and reporting deadlines.
• Understanding of bank and market financing mechanisms (BRVM, BCEAO).
• Strong pedagogical skills and intercultural communication abilities.
