Formateur/Expert – Gestion de Projet (Certification PMP)

About the role

Trust Africa is seeking a certified PMP trainer to deliver a comprehensive project management training program for Ivorian professionals. The mission is to prepare participants for the PMP certification and enhance their practical project management skills within the local context.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a training curriculum based on the latest PMBOK® Guide, covering all ten knowledge areas and process groups.
• Teach risk, cost, schedule, and quality management, and integrate agile approaches such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Organize exam simulations and provide individualized coaching to support certification success.
• Develop case studies reflecting major Ivorian projects in infrastructure, energy, and agro‑industry.
• Produce training materials adapted to the Ivorian market, evaluate participant progress, and submit a final mission report with recommendations.

Required profile

• Master’s level education (BAC+5) in project management, engineering or a related field.
• Active PMP certification with up‑to‑date PDUs.
• Minimum eight years of project management experience, including significant experience delivering certified training.
• Strong knowledge of Ivorian large‑scale projects, public procurement framework, and procedures of major international donors operating in Côte d’Ivoire.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of the PMBOK® Guide and PMI processes.
• Proficiency with project planning tools such as MS Project and Primavera.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks Scrum and Kanban.
