Formateur(trice) / Expert(e) – Communication

About the role

Trust Africa is seeking a seasoned Communication Trainer/Expert to enhance the institutional, interpersonal, and digital communication skills of Ivorian professionals. The mission focuses on delivering tailored training that respects the sociocultural and media landscape of Côte d'Ivoire.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver workshops on interpersonal communication and negotiation techniques.
• Teach the design of institutional communication strategies and public relations plans.
• Provide training on crisis communication management and reputation protection.
• Develop participants' public speaking abilities and meeting facilitation skills.
• Instruct on digital communication tools and the management of institutional social media channels.
• Guide the creation of communication materials such as press releases, speeches, and reports.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Communication, Journalism, Social Sciences or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in corporate, public‑sector or institutional communication.
• Proven track record in training senior executives and spokespersons.
• Deep understanding of Ivorian media outlets and intercultural communication.
