About the role
The Fraud Expert will monitor and analyze transactions, drivers and customer behavior to detect fraud signals, and develop processes to minimise risk.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, analyse and flag suspicious transactions and behaviours.
- Develop and optimise fraud control processes and propose preventive solutions.
- Coordinate investigations with Operations, Inspection and other departments such as Business Development, IT and Legal.
- Support implementation of fraud detection technologies, rules and risk‑management policies.
- Prepare periodic reports on fraud trends and the effectiveness of controls, and deliver internal training on fraud recognition.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in investigation, anti‑fraud, fraud prevention or risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in risk management, security or economics.
- Fluent in English.
