- Build investigation playbooks, case management workflows and quality standards, and automate manual bottlenecks
- Maintain on-call escalation arrangements and lead, mentor and QA the team of Fraud & Risk Analysts

Required profile
- At least 5 years of experience in fraud operations, transaction monitoring or financial investigations in fintech, payments, digital banking or mobile money
- Proven leadership of a team of analysts or ownership of a standalone fraud operations function
- Hands-on experience investigating transaction fraud, account abuse and syndicate schemes
- Experience building operational workflows, playbooks and reporting frameworks from scratch
- Professional fluency in French and sufficient English; direct experience in the West African financial services ecosystem is highly advantageous
