French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, handling inbound calls, live chat and email while delivering friendly, efficient service in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide voice and chat support to French‑speaking customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions with a customer‑first mindset.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication to build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
