French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via voice, live chat, and email while upholding our standards of professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support in French and English through phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication to build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service quality.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
