About the role
ELITE WARABA is seeking dynamic and motivated Client Portfolio Managers to support the growth of its banking activities in Abidjan. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, developing relationships, and driving sales of banking products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor an assigned client portfolio.
- Develop and retain customers through proactive relationship building.
- Advise clients on available offers and services.
- Achieve defined commercial targets.
- Provide regular reporting on portfolio performance.
Required profile
- Strong communication abilities.
- Negotiation and relational skills.
- Dynamic, rigorous, and team‑oriented attitude.
- Commercial experience is an advantage.
- Minimum education level: BEPC.
