Graduate Trainee – Sales, Marketing, Finance & Communications

About the role

Join Nestlé, the world’s largest Food and Beverage company, as a Graduate Trainee in Abidjan. This fixed‑term program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Corporate Communications through structured training, mentorship and project work.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to execute assigned duties.
• Complete required training courses and development modules.
• Support and lead projects related to the Graduate Trainee program.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or Bac+4/5 in Finance, Sales, Marketing or Communications.
• Strong visual, written and oral communication abilities.
• Good analytical skills and basic English proficiency.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to adapt to change, learn quickly and work effectively in a team.
