Head of Fleet Business Development (Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Head of Fleet Business Development with a financial background to support the growth of fleet operations in Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal. In this role you will secure financing for fleet partners, manage partner relationships, support local teams, and oversee operational performance across the markets.

Key responsibilities

• Secure external financing to support local fleet partners.
• Manage partner relationships and negotiate to achieve business targets.
• Lead and support local fleet managers in a cross‑functional environment.
• Oversee day‑to‑day fleet operations and drive their development.
• Monitor fleet performance metrics and report to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Experience in finance, investments, investor relations, or working with funds.
• Team management experience.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Readiness for business travel.
