Head of Marketplace

About the role

The Head of Marketplace will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of our marketplace platform. You will shape strategy, drive revenue growth, and enhance the user experience across the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement marketplace strategies to boost user engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and report findings to stakeholders.
• Identify pain points in the user journey and devise solutions to improve satisfaction.
• Work with product teams to implement features that enhance the marketplace experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and negotiate agreements.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote marketplace initiatives and monitor performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketplace management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
