HR Business Partner

About the role

Join Nestlé’s Research and Development Center in Abidjan as an HR Business Partner. You will drive the people agenda, aligning talent strategies with business objectives to support a high‑performing R&D environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute HR strategy by implementing people plans that attract, develop, and retain talent, and coordinate workforce planning for the R&D site.
• Support organizational design and change initiatives, ensuring people considerations are integrated into business decisions.
• Lead performance and talent management processes, including calibration, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Foster employee engagement by building collaborative relationships with managers, employees, and representatives.
• Act as the gateway to HR services, providing guidance on HR models, policies, and solutions to line managers.
• Collaborate with Centre of Excellence teams to develop HR practices, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in a similar HR role within FMCG or a comparable industry.
• Proven experience in talent management, learning & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruitment, and performance management.
• Strong coaching and people‑development capabilities, with experience managing change programmes.
• Fluent in French and English.
